Chrissy Lasham-Sturgess is an illustration graduate from Norwich University of the Arts. She graduated with a first class degree in 2019.
Chrissy’s practice focuses on the loss of connection with humans and nature. She explores the detrimental effect it can have on their mental and physical well-being. She is driven by her own profound connection with nature and how it supports her own well-being.

Through her artwork, she aims to encourage people to re-engage with the natural landscape.
Her inspiration comes from spending time walking and photographing the natural landscape in her home county, Norfolk. She works in a range of mediums, specialising in gouache.
